  • Choose Your Chat Widget Style: You have three options now for how the chat widget appears on your site—bubble, bar, or sidebar. This gives you more flexibility in fitting it with your website’s design.
  • Create Custom Rules: One of the biggest updates is the ability to create specific rules for how Dori interacts with your customers. For example, you could set it to focus more on product suggestions and spend less time asking detailed questions. Or, if you want Dori to dig deeper into customer needs, you can adjust the rules for that. This helps you shape the interaction in a way that’s most helpful to your customers and suits your sales strategy.
